It all starts with getting to know you. In the trip design form and the initial consultation, we will spend some time getting to know all about you. We want to know what you do and don’t like, what excites you about this trip, and all your travel dreams. We take the time to find out your wants, needs, and preferences to ensure we fully understand what you are looking for. This is also a time for you to ask any and all questions you may have. This is a collaborative process!
Once we get to know you and learn about what you are looking for, we get to work on designing your itinerary. We dedicate time to do meticulous research on your destination, accommodations, services, activities, and basically anything and everything you can think of. We leave no stone unturned to make sure the itinerary is perfectly designed for you. We will get your feedback along the way to ensure we are on the right track. We will use our exclusive access to the best travel resources, partners, and vendors to create a completely customized, personalized, and unique itinerary.
2. DESIGN
After we have completed our extensive research and designed the perfect itinerary for you, it is time for the handover. We will review the final itinerary with you to ensure you are ready to book your trip. If you would like us to book your trip, please consider our full-service custom itinerary.

For a custom itinerary, we require at least one month for the full process. Have a last-minute trip? Fill out our inquiry form and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
Research Fee
Research fees for our custom itineraries adhere to the following pricing structure:
$85 for 5 days or less
$115 for 5 to 12 days
$150 for 13 or more days
Pricing is dependent on the length of the trip. The research fee is non-refundable.
